SEATED TAI CHI FOR HEALTH
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. In this class you will perform these movements while seated. Tai Chi can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reduce stress and increase relaxation. A new session is beginning on March 30. Join us Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at our Conference Center. The cost is $60 for 9 classes or $10 per class. Space is limited to 15 participants, so please be sure to email heather@heatherchalon to register.
