Join Chuck Josephson for this month’s meeting of our Alzheimer’s/Mild Cognitive Impairment support group, A Recipe for Conversation. Mr. Josephson will be pulling from his personal experiences to provide insight into how all moments, both tender and frustrating, contribute to a peaceful end of life experience. Bagels and coffee will be provided.
A note from Mr. Josephson:
“Articles that the Star published for Joan and me while we were ‘Living with Alzheimer’s’ led to many appearances and responses from all over the community. Not until after Joan died did I think back on all we shared and realized how those experiences, from tender to frustrating to fun, helped contribute to the fact that her final days were peaceful and comfortable for both of us. I’d like to try – with experiences shared by everyone present – to flesh out and retrospect things the entire experience has given me.”
