This month’s meeting of Living Life: Sharing Stories will feature a talk about healthy eating patterns! The talk will be given by Rachel Allen, who some of you may know as the instructor for our Summer of Fun & Fitness series. While this talk is being held during our Living Life group, it is welcome to anyone curious about making healthy changes to their diet. We hope to see you there!
Rachel Allen is an ACE Certified Personal/Group Fitness Trainer. She also holds a certificate in TRX Skills with an emphasis on continuing education in Functional Movement.
While in her 20s, Rachel discovered her passion for running and cross training. She strongly believes in the importance of making a commitment to health and long-lasting changes. Rachel is a long-time mentor to women and facilitates multiple self-empowerment classes and workshops. Looking at the whole body, being and lifestyle of every individual she works with, she truly is an Integrative Lifestyle Coach in her approach.
